To educate, guide, and inspire both former and current college golfers who are looking to transition into successful careers in the business world. We connect those athletes with businesses to create mutual opportunities, mentorship, and professional growth.

Finding great talent and retaining talent is a challenge many companies face. We make it easier for companies to directly connect to a strong, competitive talent pool with an “athlete” mindset. We have an extensive network of far-reaching relationships, as well as creative solutions to connect to talent at any stage of a career.

In our first 18 months of business, we have partnered with over 50 companies and organizations looking to hire talent. Our database continues to grow through job postings, newsletters, virtual job fairs, events, recruitment, and sourcing.  We have connected with over 1,000 different individuals looking to be hired and we are committed to providing opportunities to connect talent with those in search of hiring.

"Without FORE HIRE, I would have never known about the job I accepted. Courtney and her team work tirelessly and selflessly to search out and share countless job opportunities. Their advocacy for me, as a college golfer, inspired me to advocate for myself. The way in which Fore Hire empowers women in golf is second to none!

Connections in the golf industry are everything, and that is exactly what Fore Hire provides. The virtual job fair and Women Who Want to Work in Golf program are great networking tools that build confidence. Subscribing to the newsletter through the website and following the Instagram page are the best ways to be in the loop about job openings.

Women Who Want to Work in Golf, May 2024

The "Women Who Want to Work in Golf" program was created for former and current female collegiate golfers who are interested in pursuing a career working in the golf industry. This program provided a one-of-a-kind opportunity for education, professional development, career advancement, and direct connection to employers.

This photo was from our 3rd event, hosted by Callaway Golf and held in Carlsbad, CA this past May!
