ForeHire is a non-profit organization with the mission to encourage the employment of women in the golfing industry, promote their accomplishments, and minimize obstacles faced by women working in the industry.

Our mission is to empower former college athletes by providing them with the resources and support needed to secure fulfilling careers after college. We believe that the dedication, discipline, and teamwork developed by collegiate athletes are valuable skills that can translate into successful careers.

As a former collegiate athlete, Courtney understands the challenges that can come with transitioning from sports to the workforce. In 2019, Courtney created the FOREHIRE program to translate the skills learned on the green into the language of employers.
